INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- ⅓ c walnuts (or pinenuts if you have them)
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ c finely grated parmesan cheese
- ½ c olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine basil and pinenuts
- Add parmesan and garlic
- Slowly add oil
- Check consistency and season with salt and pepper
