INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 180.
- Grease a ramekin or oven-safe pan with cooking spray.
- In a blender combine all the ingredients except the apple. Blend until smooth and pour into the greased ramekins.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until a skewer comes out clean
